Mumbai – Dodla Dairy Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for equity shares, effective April 1, 2026, according to a filing. The closure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's Code of Conduct.The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026. The date of the board meeting to consider and approve these financial results will be communicated to the stock exchanges at a later date.
