DLF Completes Transactions with Srijan Realty Group for ₹ 710.23 Crore
DLF Ltd. announced the completion of transactions with Srijan Realty Private Limited and its subsidiary companies on March 30, 2026. The transactions were finalized following the receipt of necessary regulatory approvals and satisfaction of conditions precedent, as outlined in the Master Framework Agreement, Business Transfer Agreement, and Agreement to Sell executed previously.The completed transactions include the transfer of DLF’s IT/ITeS SEZ undertaking, featuring the ‘DLF TechPark II’ building, to Makalu Builders LLP and Srijan Realty Private Limited. Additionally, approximately 17.75 acres of vacant land in Kolkata were sold to Gangapurna Projects LLP.
The aggregate consideration for these transactions totals approximately ₹ 710.23 crore.
