Dhruv Consultancy Services Limited Receives Letter of Award for DPR Preparation in Uttar Pradesh
Dhruv Consultancy Services Limited, in partnership with Artefacts Projects Limited, has been appointed by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) to provide consultancy services for the preparation of a Detailed Project Report (DPR). The project involves the capacity augmentation of the Varanasi-Jaunpur-Sultanpur-Lucknow stretch in Uttar Pradesh.The award, formalized in Letter No. UDIV-21013/367/2025-UP Division/E-299922/506 dated March 19, 2026, stipulates a consideration of Rs. 3,94,88,232, excluding Goods and Services Tax (GST). The company is required to submit a performance security within 15 days of receiving the Letter of Award.
