Dhansa Labs Limited Acquires Land for Renewable Energy Expansion
Dhansa Labs Limited, formerly known as Ambey Laboratories Limited, announced on March 24, 2026, that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Dhansa Green Energy Private Limited, has entered into an agreement to acquire land for expansion in the renewable energy sector.The land, located in Village Roteda, Tehsil Keshoraipatan, District Bundi, Rajasthan, measures a total area of 8.17 hectares. Dhansa Green Energy Private Limited has registered and acquired 4.085 hectares of the land, with the registration/acquisition of the remaining portion currently in process. The acquisition involved a total cash consideration of Rs. 1,46,08,257/- (Rupees One Crore Forty-Six Lakhs Eight Thousand Two Hundred and Fifty-Seven Only).
The acquired land is intended for the establishment of a Compress Biogas Plant. The acquisition does not constitute a related party transaction and was conducted at arm’s length.
The agreement for the land acquisition was finalized on March 23, 2026.
