Deepak Builders and Engineers India Ltd. has emerged as the lowest bidder (L1) for a significant construction project involving 12 high-rise residential buildings near the Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) Panipat Refinery & Petrochemical Complex in Haryana. The project, awarded through the IOCL eProcurement Portal, encompasses a total value of Rs. 474.25 crores.The construction scope includes monolithic construction technology for the buildings (G+13), along with associated parking facilities, a sewerage treatment plant, utility infrastructure, roadworks, and other amenities.
Following the award of this project, the total value of projects currently held by the company will approximate Rs. 2,000 crores.
