Deep Health AI India Limited, formerly known as Deep Diamond India Limited, announced the appointment of Mrs. Shashi Kala Dhabriya as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director on March 20, 2026. The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors via a circular resolution.Mrs. Dhabriya’s term will be for a period of five years, effective from March 20, 2026, to March 19, 2031. She holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in History from the University of Rajasthan, completed in 1981. Mrs. Dhabriya is not related to any other directors of the company.
