DC Infotech and Communication Limited Closes Trading Window
DC Infotech and Communication Limited announced the closure of its trading window, effective immediately, on March 30, 2026. The closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s internal code of conduct.The trading window will remain closed for all insiders, designated persons, and their immediate relatives until 48 hours after the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026, are declared. The trading window is scheduled to reopen 48 hours after the financial results are released to the stock exchanges.
