Dar Credit & Capital Limited announced on March 30, 2026, that its Board of Directors approved the allotment of ₹15,00,00,000 (Rupees Fifteen Crores only) in 12.75% Senior, Secured, Rated, Listed, Taxable, Redeemable, Transferable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs). The meeting commenced at 12:00 p.m. and concluded at 12:15 p.m.

The company issued 15,000 NCDs, each with a face value of ₹10,000, on a private placement basis.
