The company officially launched 'The Falcon', a residential project valued at Rs 500 crore. This venture marks a strategic partnership with the global designing firm YOO. The exclusive development is strategically located on Golf Course Road in Sector 53, Gurugram. Dalcore announced the project details on April 9. The project's interiors will be designed by YOO, while the architecture will be spearheaded by the London-based firm UHA.The facility is set to feature a single high-rise tower spanning approximately two acres. This tower will house around 96 ultra-luxury residences. The units available include 3 BHK and 4 BHK configurations, with pricing starting at Rs 10 crore and above.
Philippe Starck, a co-founder of YOO, praised the project, describing it as a "visionary haven of elegance and privacy."
Expanding YOO Brand Footprint Across Key Indian Metros
James Snelgar, Partner and Head of International Business Development at YOO, confirmed the significance of this launch. He noted that 'The Falcon' will represent the first YOO-branded residences in North India.Snelgar highlighted India's importance to the brand, mentioning their existing presence in key micro-markets such as Pune and Mumbai. Furthermore, he revealed a robust pipeline of development, including five to six more YOO branded residences slated for launch across major cities like Pune, Kolkata, and Bengaluru.
