Daikaffil Chemicals India Ltd. announced on March 27, 2026, that Jay Patel has withdrawn his resignation and been reinstated as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer. Patel previously submitted his resignation on March 18, 2026, with the resignation set to take effect on May 02, 2026.Following discussions with the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Board of Directors, Patel’s resignation was revoked and he will continue in his role without interruption. He will also remain a Key Managerial Personnel and Senior Management Personnel of the Company.
