
Dabur India Ltd. Reports Steady Domestic Performance Amid International Challenges in Q4 FY26
Dabur India Ltd. reported steady momentum in its domestic India business during the quarter ended March 31, 2026 (Q4 FY26), partially offsetting challenges in key international markets. The company noted heightened geopolitical tensions in the Middle East led to demand disruptions and supply chain constraints.The India FMCG business is likely to record high-single digit growth, while the Home & Personal care business sustained its double-digit growth trajectory, expected to grow in the mid-teens. Growth in the Home & Personal care segment is anticipated to be led by Hair Oils, Shampoo, and Home Care, with projected growth in the twenties. Brands including Dabur Amla, Vatika Shampoo, Dabur Almond, Odonil, Odomos, Meswak, and Gulabari are expected to record healthy volume-led growth.
The Healthcare vertical, including Dabur Honey, Honitus, Health Juices, and Hajmola franchise, is expected to report robust double-digit growth, although Dabur Glucose was impacted by unseasonal rains. The overall Healthcare business is projected to register low-single digit growth.
The Foods & Beverages (F&B) vertical saw a sequential improvement and is expected to register low-single digit growth, driven by Real Activ Juices and Coconut Water, which continued to clock over 20% growth rates.
Organized trade, including Modern trade, E-commerce, and Quick commerce, maintained their growth momentum alongside a steady recovery in General Trade.
International business faced challenges in the Middle East due to the US-Israel-Iran conflict, but other key markets like Turkey, Bangladesh, and the UK performed well, growing in double-digits in constant currency terms. The International business is expected to record low-single digit growth in Indian Rupees.
Overall, Dabur India Ltd. expects consolidated revenues to grow in the mid-single digits with operating profit growing ahead of the topline.
Looking ahead, the company anticipates a progressive recovery in domestic demand and will remain vigilant regarding geopolitical developments to mitigate potential impacts.
