Cummins India Ltd announced that its Board of Directors meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, May 27, 2026. The meeting has multiple key agendas set for consideration.The board meeting is slated to address several critical corporate matters. Foremost among these is the consideration and approval of the audited Financial Results of the Company, covering both the Standalone and Consolidated accounts for the quarter and the full financial year ended March 31, 2026.
Additionally, the board is set to consider a recommendation regarding the Final Dividend on equity shares of the Company for the Financial Year 2025-26, should any such dividend be recommended. Any dividend recommendation remains subject to the subsequent approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.
In terms of market trading activity, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company was closed starting from April 01, 2026. This closure period will remain in effect until 48 hours from the time the results are communicated to the Stock Exchange(s), extending through to May 29, 2026, inclusive.
