The Board also approved a change in the company's name from Credent Global Finance Limited to Ampl Capital Limited. This name change is contingent on receiving a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), and other required approvals.
