Cosmic CRF Ltd. Receives Order from Supreme Court of India Regarding Ongoing Litigation​

Cosmic CRF Limited announced on March 25, 2026, that the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India has issued an order regarding the ongoing litigation involving the company before the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) in New Delhi. The case, titled Cosmic CRF Limited vs. Myotic Trading Private Limited & Ors. (Civil Appeal Diary No. 15468/2026), pertains to a matter initially addressed by the NCLAT on October 10, 2025.

The Supreme Court’s order, dated March 23, 2026, condoned the delay in filing an appeal and admitted the matter. The court also issued notice to the respondents and permitted Dasti Service. Furthermore, the order stipulates that the NCLAT’s earlier ruling from October 10, 2025, will remain in effect until the next hearing.

The matter is scheduled for further hearing during the week commencing April 27, 2026.

Cosmic CRF Limited stated that this development maintains the existing legal position and provides the company an opportunity to present its case before the Supreme Court. The company affirmed its commitment to protecting the interests of its stakeholders and will provide further updates as material developments arise.
