Cosmic CRF Limited (Scrip Code: 543928) announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled for March 26, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. The meeting will be held through Physical/VC/OAVM at the company's registered office.During the meeting, the Board will consider and approve the conversion of 18,600 share warrants issued to the Promoter Group into equity shares of the company. Subsequently, the Board will also consider and approve the allotment of 18,600 equity shares resulting from the convertible warrant conversion. Other business matters may be discussed with the Chairman's permission.
