Cords Cable Industries Ltd. Announces Trading Window Closure
Cords Cable Industries Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for directors, designated employees, insiders, and their immediate relatives. The closure, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company’s Code for prevention of Insider Trading, commenced Wednesday, April 1, 2026.The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the public declaration of the company's audited financial results for the quarter and 12 months ended March 31, 2026, along with the auditor’s report.
