Coforge Ltd. Completes Transition to New Registrar and Transfer Agent
Coforge Ltd. has completed the transition of its Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA) from Alankit Assignments Limited to MUFG Intime India Private Limited, effective March 19, 2026. The change was confirmed by Services (India) Limited.Shareholders and stakeholders are now directed to address all correspondence related to RTA services, including share transfers, transmission, IEPF claims, and unclaimed dividends, to MUFG Intime India Private Limited.

In alignment with SEBI Circular No. HO/MIRSD/POD/I/3750/2026 dated January 30, 2026, a special window is available for processing transfer requests for physical shares executed before April 1, 2019. Requests can be submitted between February 5, 2026, and February 4, 2027, and will be processed through MUFG Intime India Private Limited.
