Coastal Roadways Ltd. Announces Trading Window Closure
Coastal Roadways Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for directors, promoters, designated persons, and their immediate relatives, effective April 1, 2026. This action is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, are announced to the stock exchange.
The date for the board meeting to declare the audited financial results will be communicated at a later date.
