CleanMax and STT GDC India Scale Renewable Energy Partnership Beyond 130 MW to Power India's Sustainable, AI-Ready Digital Infrastructure​

Mumbai, India, April 01, 2026: Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Limited (NSE: CLEANMAX | BSE: 544717) and STT Global Data Centres India Private Ltd. have expanded their renewable energy partnership through additional Power Purchase Agreements (PPA).

The latest agreement includes an additional 21 MWp of solar capacity, augmenting CleanMax's existing wind-solar hybrid power supply to STT GDC India's data centres in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This expansion brings the overall partnership beyond 130 MW of reliable hybrid renewable energy capacity across key data centre hubs in Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra. As part of the arrangement, STT GDC India will invest 26% equity in the renewable energy project.

According to Mr. Kuldeep Jain, Managing Director, Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Limited, the integration of renewable energy is essential for long-term competitiveness and resilience as AI and data-led growth accelerates. Mr. Bimal Khandelwal, Chief Executive Officer, STT GDC India, stated that the expanded partnership supports the rising energy demands of AI-led workloads and that STT GDC India remains on track to achieve carbon neutrality by 2030, with renewables contributing approximately 70% of their energy mix as of CY 2025.

The partnership strengthens Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Limited's role in powering India's digital backbone, with the AI and data centre segment now accounting for approximately 42% of its contracted capacity of 5.7 GW.
