Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Ltd. Issues Corporate Guarantees for Subsidiaries
Mumbai – March 25, 2026 – Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Ltd. announced today that it issued corporate guarantees for its subsidiaries, Clean Max Narmada Private Limited and Clean Max Iguazu Private Limited, on March 24, 2026.The corporate guarantees were extended to lenders as security for term loan facilities availed by the subsidiaries. Clean Max Narmada Private Limited received a guarantee for an amount of 33.85 Crore Indian Rupees, while Clean Max Iguazu Private Limited received a guarantee for 30.50 Crore Indian Rupees.
According to the company, the promoter group and group companies have no interest in this transaction, and the guarantees were provided at arm's length. The corporate guarantees represent a contingent liability for Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Ltd., and currently, there is no impact from these guarantees.
