Mumbai – Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Limited announced on April 4, 2026, that its Board of Directors approved the sale of shares in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Clean Max Ahhope Private Limited, to Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Private Limited.Clean Max Ahhope Private Limited, incorporated on October 15, 2025, did not contribute to the company’s turnover, revenue, income, or net worth during the last financial year.
The Share Purchase Agreement is expected to be finalized on or before May 15, 2026, with the sale anticipated to be completed on or before the same date, subject to mutual agreement.
The total consideration for the sale is 35,000 Indian Rupees. Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Private Limited, based in Gurugram, Haryana, is the buyer and is not affiliated with Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Limited’s promoter group or group companies. The transaction does not constitute a related party transaction.
