Chennai Petroleum Corporation Ltd. Announces Trading Window Closure
Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited (CPCL), a Government of India Enterprise and Group Company of IOCL, has announced a trading window closure for its “Insiders” in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015.The trading window will be closed from April 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, are filed with stock exchanges.
The date for the Board Meeting to consider the financial results will be communicated at a later time.
