Amritsar, India – March 23, 2026 – Chaman Lal Setia Exports Ltd. announced today that its trading window for designated individuals and their immediate relatives will be closed from April 1, 2026. The closure is in accordance with the company’s code of conduct for fair disclosure of unpublished price-sensitive information, aligning with SEBI regulations.The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the company's audited financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026.
The date of the board meeting for the approval and adoption of the audited financial results will be communicated separately.
