Ceigall India Limited Secures Contracts from Punjab Infrastructure Development Board
Ceigall India Limited announced on March 17, 2026, that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Ceigall Infra projects Private Limited (CIPPL), has been awarded two contracts by the Punjab Infrastructure Development Board. The contracts were secured following a financial bid opening on March 16, 2026.The contracts, awarded under a Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM), involve the construction and development of World Class Urban Streets in Ludhiana. One contract, Tender ID 2026_DOF_158211_2, is valued at Rs. 108.00 crore. The second contract, Tender ID 2026_DOF_158228_2, is valued at Rs. 99.00 crore. Both projects include an 8-month construction period followed by a 6-year maintenance period.
Neither Ceigall India Limited nor its promoters, promoter group, or group companies have any interest in the Punjab Infrastructure Development Board. The contracts do not constitute related party transactions.
