Carysil Limited Initiates Voluntary Closure of Subsidiary, Carysil Ceramictech Limited​

Carysil Limited has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Carysil Ceramictech Limited, has filed an application for voluntary striking off with the Registrar of Companies. The move follows an earlier announcement made on March 20, 2026.
