BSE Limited Waives Fine for Shree Precoated Steels Ltd.
Shree Precoated Steels Ltd. announced that BSE Limited has accepted its waiver application concerning a notice regarding non-compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.The company had previously informed about receiving a notice from BSE Limited pertaining to Regulation 19(1)/19(2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, which relates to the constitution of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. The company maintained that it was compliant with the relevant provisions.
To address the matter, Shree Precoated Steels Ltd. submitted a waiver application to BSE Limited along with a fee of Rs. 10,000/- (excluding applicable taxes).
The company reported that BSE Limited, through an email communication dated April 06, 2026, accepted the submitted waiver application. As a result, BSE Limited has waived a fine amount totaling Rs. 1,80,000 (Rupees One Lakh Eighty Thousand only) plus applicable GST.
