Bodhi Tree Multimedia Ltd. Acquires 20% Stake in Lehren Networks Private Limited
Mumbai, March 21, 2026 – Bodhi Tree Multimedia Limited announced the acquisition of a 20% equity stake in Lehren Networks Private Limited (LNPL) through a share swap agreement. The Board of Directors approved the acquisition and allotment of securities at a meeting held on March 21, 2026.The acquisition, which follows an initial intimation on November 27, 2025, involves the exchange of shares for consideration other than cash. Bodhi Tree Multimedia Limited has allotted 12,00,000 equity shares, with a face value of Re. 1/- each, at an issue price of Rs. 10/- each, to shareholders of LNPL forming part of the Non-Promoter Public category. The total consideration for the acquisition amounts to Rs. 1,20,00,000.
LNPL, incorporated in September 2013, is an entertainment media company with a history dating back to 1987. The company focuses on video content creation and distribution across digital platforms, with a turnover of Rs. 309.06 Lakhs in fiscal year 2024-25.
According to the company, the acquisition is strategically aimed at expanding Bodhi Tree Multimedia’s presence within the Media & Entertainment Industry. No governmental or regulatory approvals were required for the transaction.
