The closure, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, will begin on April 1, 2026.The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the public declaration of the company’s audited financial results for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026. This measure is intended to prevent insider trading among company insiders and their immediate relatives.
