Bharti Airtel Limited Completes Conversion of Shares, Trading to Begin March 23​

Bharti Airtel Limited announced the completion of the conversion process for a significant number of partly paid-up equity shares into fully paid-up equity shares. The conversion follows the receipt of the First and Final Call from the company.

A total of 390,998,501 fully paid-up equity shares, initially held as partly paid-up with a face value of INR 5 each and a paid-up value of INR 1.25 per share, have been credited to the demat accounts of eligible shareholders.

Trading of these newly converted shares will commence on Monday, March 23, 2026, on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited, under the ISIN: INE397D01024.

The company noted that corporate actions for 178,493 partly paid-up equity shares were delayed due to technical issues with the concerned shareholders’ demat accounts. Bharti Airtel Limited stated it will address these remaining conversions upon request from the affected shareholders.
