The meeting will address a modification in the utilization of funds raised through a recently concluded Rights Issue, due to under subscription of the issue.The meeting is in compliance with Regulation 29 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
