Bhageria Industries Limited Announces Trading Window Closure
Mumbai, March 23, 2026 – Bhageria Industries Limited announced today that its trading window will be closed for all Connected/Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, starting Wednesday, April 1, 2026. This closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s Code of Fair Disclosure and Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading.The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s audited financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026. The date for the board meeting to consider and declare the financial results will be communicated separately.
Bhageria Industries Limited operates manufacturing facilities in Vapi and Tarapur. The company is a Government of India recognized Star Export House.
