Pune, India – March 25, 2026 – BF Investment Limited announced changes in the shareholding of its promoter group members. The changes involved an acquisition and disposal of shares through inter-se transfer amongst members of the promoter group.Ajinkya Investment and Trading Company acquired 25,54,091 equity shares on March 24, 2026, increasing its total holdings to 1,28,46,194 shares, representing 34.10% of the company. The value of the transaction was Rs. 91.51 crore.
Sundaram Trading and Investment Pvt Ltd acquired 25,00,000 equity shares on the same date, bringing its total holdings to 1,22,93,068 shares, representing 32.63% of the company. The transaction value was Rs. 89.53 crore.
KSL Holdings Pvt Ltd disposed of 50,54,091 equity shares on March 24, 2026. This reduced its total holdings to Nil, representing 0% of the company. The transaction value was Rs. 181 crore.
