Baid Finserv Limited Announces Trading Window Closure
Baid Finserv Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for trading in securities, effective April 1, 2026. This action is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading.The trading window will remain closed for the company’s Directors, Key Management Personnel, Designated Persons, and Connected Persons until 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.
The date of the Board Meeting for the aforementioned purpose will be communicated to the stock exchanges.
