B.A.G Films and Media Limited Allots Warrants to Promoter Group Member
B.A.G Films and Media Limited announced the allotment of 2,000,000 warrants convertible into equity shares to Skyline Tele Media Services Limited, a member of the promoter group, on March 19, 2026. The allotment follows shareholder approval secured during an Extraordinary General Meeting on February 11, 2026, and in-principle approvals received from the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India on March 17 and 18, 2026, respectively.The warrants have an issue price of Rs. 8.25 each, with an initial consideration of Rs. 41,250,000, representing 25% of the total issue size of Rs. 165,000,000.
