The approval was received on March 23, 2026, following an application filed by the subsidiary on January 27, 2026. As a result, AWLEdible Oils and Foods Private Limited stands dissolved, effective March 23, 2026.According to financial data as of March 31, 2025, the subsidiary’s revenue from operations was 0 Rupees, representing 0% of the company’s total revenue.
