New Delhi, March 24, 2026 – Awfis Space Solutions Ltd. announced an addendum to the Business Transfer Agreement (BTA) executed with Awfis Transform Private Limited (ATPL). This update follows previous disclosures dated November 11, 2025, December 23, 2025, January 23, 2026, and February 26, 2026.The addendum details the determination of the final consideration for the Business Undertaking, referred to as the Final Purchase Price. This determination will be based on an updated valuation report for the Business Undertaking, with a reference date coinciding with the Closing Date.
The company will provide updates to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) and BSE Limited regarding any further developments related to this transaction.
