Aviva Industries Ltd Allots Shares Following Warrant Conversion​

Aviva Industries Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, during a meeting held on April 04, 2026, approved the allotment of Equity Shares stemming from the conversion of Fully Convertible Equity Warrants.

The Company approved the allotment of 32,20,000 Equity Shares, each having a face value of INR 10. These shares are issued pursuant to the conversion of 32,20,000 Fully Convertible Equity Warrants.

The total warrants were allocated to two non-promoter categories. Out of the total 32,20,000 Fully Convertible Equity Warrants, 16,00,000 were allotted on January 07, 2026, to Mr. Anandbhai Jankabhai Gavli. The remaining 16,20,000 warrants were allotted on January 13, 2026, to Mr. Surti Viralkumar Sureshbhai. These warrants were issued at an issue price of INR 28 per Warrant on a preferential basis.

This share allotment resulted in an increase in the paid-up equity share capital of the Company. The capital increased from INR 27,68,40,000, divided into 2,76,84,000 Equity Shares of face value of INR 10 each, to INR 30,90,40,000, divided into 3,09,04,000 Equity Shares of face value of INR 10 each.
