Automotive Stampings and Assemblies Ltd. Re-appoints Prakash Gurav as Independent Director
Automotive Stampings and Assemblies Limited announced that shareholders have approved the re-appointment of Mr. Prakash Gurav as Non-Executive Independent Director for a second consecutive term. The resolution, passed via postal ballot e-voting, will see Mr. Gurav serve from April 5, 2026, until December 28, 2028, or until he attains the age of 75.According to the results of the e-voting, 11,920,593 votes were cast in favor of the resolution, representing 99.9994% of the total valid votes cast. A total of 11,920,665 votes were cast, with 72 votes cast against the resolution, representing 0.0006%.
