The meeting will address the audited standalone and consolidated financial results and dividend for the year ended March 31, 2026.In compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for securities of the company will be closed from April 1, 2026, to April 26, 2026, inclusive.
