Aster DM Healthcare Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives, effective March 19, 2026. This action is in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and SEBI circular SEBI/HO/ISD/ISDPOD2/P/CIR/2025/55 dated April 21, 2025, as well as the company’s internal ‘Code for Prevention of Insider Trading.’The trading window will remain closed for 48 hours following the public announcement of the company’s standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The company is headquartered in Hyderabad, India, with a corporate office in Bengaluru. Hemish Purushottam, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, confirmed the closure.
