Asian Hotels (North) Limited Appoints Yogesh Chander Modi as Independent Director

Mr. Yogesh Chander Modi, a retired 1984 batch officer of the Assam-Meghalaya cadre, brings over 37 years of experience from his tenure in the Indian Police Service (IPS). Previously, he served as Director-General of the National Investigation Agency (NIA) from October 2017 until May 2021. He also held positions with the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and the Cabinet Secretariat of India, including an international posting.
According to company disclosures, Mr. Modi is not related to any other director of Asian Hotels (North) Limited.
