ASI Industries Ltd. has made an investment in M/s. Sunsure Solarpark Fifty Two Private Limited (SSFTPL) for the procurement of solar power. As part of the initial transaction, the company subscribed and received an allotment of 1,308 fully paid equity shares.The shares have a face value of Rs. 10 each, with a premium of Rs. 1,384 per share, bringing the total investment to Rs. 18.23 lakhs. This follows a previous communication from the company dated February 10, 2026, regarding the investment in SSFTPL.
