Ashoka Metcast Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window, effective from April 1, 2026. The closure will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.According to a filing, the measure is in reference to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018. During this period, designated persons and their immediate relatives are restricted from trading in the company’s securities.
