
Ashoka Buildcon Extends Completion Date for Subsidiary Stake Sales
Ashoka Buildcon Limited announced an extension to the expected completion date for the sale of stakes in several of its subsidiaries and Ashoka Concessions Limited (ACL). The move follows agreements made with Epic Concesiones 2 Private Limited, Infrastructure Yield Plus II, and Infrastructure Yield Plus IIA, investment schemes managed by EAAA India Alternatives Limited.The company initially informed the market on December 31, 2024, regarding the agreements to sell the entire share capital and management control of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) held by Ashoka Buildcon and ACL. These SPVs include Ashoka Kharar Ludhiana Road Limited, Ashoka Khairatunda Barwa Adda Road Limited, Ashoka Ranastalam Anandapuram Road Limited, Ashoka Ankleshwar Manubar Expressway Private Limited, Ashoka Kandi Ramsanpalle Road Private Limited, Ashoka Bettadahalli Shivamogga Road Private Limited, Ashoka Karadi Banwara Road Private Limited, Ashoka Belgaum Khanapur Road Private Limited, Ashoka Banwara Bettadahalli Road Private Limited, Ashoka Mallasandra Karadi Road Private Limited, and Ashoka Baswantpur Singnodi Road Private Limited.
Previously, on September 30, 2025, Ashoka Buildcon announced the sale of stakes in SPVs 1 through 5 from the aforementioned list. The revised indicative completion date for the remaining six SPVs is now extended up to June 30, 2026. The completion of these transactions is subject to the fulfillment of conditions precedent and other terms outlined in the respective transaction documents, with subsequent SPVs expected to follow thereafter.
