Ashiana Housing Reports Q4 FY '26 and FY'26 Operational Updates​

Ashiana Housing Limited has released an update summarizing its performance for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, and for the full Financial Year 2025-26.

The company provided a comparative overview of key booking metrics across different fiscal periods.

The sales value of the area booked during FY'26 reached INR 2421.13 Crores, marking the highest annual sales recorded by the company.

For the 'Senior Living' segment, the sales value of the area booked in FY'26 was INR 570.15 Crores. This figure represents the highest record for the company, achieved across 569 units covering 7.37 lakh sq. ft., compared to INR 382.90 Crores from 430 units covering 5.41 lakh sq. ft. in FY'25.

In terms of unit bookings, 665 units were booked in Q4 FY '26, an increase compared to the 357 units booked in Q3 FY '26 and 597 units booked in Q4 FY '25.

The company launched 849 units in Q4 FY '26. These launches included Ashiana Advik Phase-III (Bhiwadi), Ashiana Tarang Phase-VII (Bhiwadi), Ashiana Aaroham Phase-I & Phase-II (Gurugram), Ashiana Malhar Phase-IV (Pune), Ashiana Amodh Phase-III (Pune), and Ashiana Swarang Phase-III (Chennai). From these, 394 units were sold, accounting for 7.62 lakh sq. ft. with an area sold value of INR 1,018.70 crore.

Higher sales in Q4 FY 26 were attributed to the launch of Aaroham Phase-I and Phase-II in Gurugram, which involved 5.44 lakh sq. ft. with a sale value of INR 832.50 Crores, compared to Q3 FY 26 and Q4 FY 25.

Furthermore, in Q4 FY'26, handover commenced for Ashiana Shubham Phase -V (Chennai) and Ashiana Ekansh Phase -II (Jaipur).

ASHIANA Stock Price Movement​

Today, Ashiana Housing Limited shares edged higher to close at ₹310.25, gaining 0.79% in after-hours trading. The stock recorded a total volume of 27,198 shares during the session.
