Artson Ltd. Appoints Additional Director and Re-appoints Key Personnel​

Artson Ltd. announced several key board decisions following a meeting held on March 25, 2026. The company appointed Mr. Neeraj Agrawal as an Additional Director (Non-Executive), effective March 25, 2026. Mr. Agrawal, a Mechanical Engineer with over 3 decades of experience in the EPC industry, currently holds a leadership position within Tata Projects Limited, responsible for Project Controls, Procurement, IT and Digitization, Project Management Office, Central Engineering, Corporate Safety and Corporate Quality. He is not related to any existing directors.

The Board also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Jyotisman Dasgupta as an Independent Director for a second term of five years, or until he reaches 75 years of age, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Dasgupta is a Maritime and Oil & Gas Professional with degrees from IIT Kharagpur and S.P. Jain School of Management & Research. Similarly, Mr. Shashank Jha, the company’s CEO, was re-appointed as a Whole-Time Director for a further term of three years, also subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Jha holds degrees from IIT-ISM Dhanbad and IIM Bangalore.

Furthermore, Artson Ltd. has received in-principal approval to avail a loan or convert a payable into a loan, up to an amount of Rs. 10.00 Crores, from its holding company, Tata Projects Limited. Details regarding the final terms will be provided upon finalization.
