Aristo Bio-Tech and Lifescience Limited Empaneled as Supplier by National Fertilizers Limited
Aristo Bio-Tech and Lifescience Limited has been formally empaneled as an approved supplier for Technical Grade Molecules by National Fertilizers Limited (NFL) Bathinda Unit. This follows NFL’s Expression of Interest for the production of Agrochemicals.The empanelment allows Aristo Bio-Tech to participate in the commercial tendering process for future requirements of NFL for the specified molecules. The tenure of the agreement is for three years, commencing March 17, 2026, and concluding on March 16, 2029.
The formal empanelment letter was received on March 27, 2026, via Speed Post.
According to the company, none of the promoters, promoter group, or group companies have an interest in NFL, and the empanelment does not constitute a Related Party Transaction.
