Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window, effective Wednesday, April 2, 2026. This closure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading.The trading window closure is for the consideration of audited financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026, alongside other relevant matters.
