Aplab Limited Schedules Extraordinary General Meeting in April
Aplab Limited announced that its Board of Directors convened a meeting on March 25, 2026. During the meeting, the Board approved the date, time, and location for an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) scheduled for April 18, 2026.The EGM will seek approval from the company's members for the appointment of Mr. Suresh S. Shah as an Independent Director for a term of five years. Other matters will also be addressed at the meeting.
