The transaction occurred on March 25, 2026.According to a filing, SEPL Energy Private Limited held 72,25,000 units prior to the sale, representing 2.83% of the total outstanding units. Following the disposal of 35,00,000 units, SEPL Energy Private Limited now holds 37,25,000 units, equating to 1.46% of the total outstanding units. The value of the transaction was Rs. 43,75,00,000.
